JAIN were the sustainability consultants for this new train station in Gormley, Ontario.
The project included numerous sustainable features such as in-floor heating, heat recovery from exhaust air, water conserving plumbing fixtures, reflective roof, energy-efficient lighting, etc.
The project achieved LEED® Silver Certification.
