This was a major expansion of the existing Town Hall in Milton. The project was designed to be an emergency response centre for the Town and includes a high-end data centre. JAIN was appointed as the MEP and LEED® Consultant for this project which achieved LEED® Certification.

Key features of the building include a heat pump system, heat recovery from exhaust air, water-conserving plumbing fixtures, energy-efficient lighting and sophisticated BMS and lighting controls.
