The facility is one of the well-known nations’ Hockey arenas. It includes NHL size ice pad, gymnasium, weight training, and aerobics areas, lap pools, changing facilities, and other training venues. In addition, the building contains an indoor running track that circles above the ice pad and provides a special vantage point for activities on the ice surface. This facility also uses the Ice Kube refrigeration system. In addition, the swimming pool has been constructed using a stainless steel shell which reduces operating and maintenance costs.

JAIN’s completed the design of MEP & Pool Systems for the project and provided supervision during construction. JAIN also assisted the Client in obtaining Energy-Efficient Funding from the Canadian Government

From the street one can look down onto the NHL size ice pad, turn and view the gymnasium, peer upward and see the weight training and aerobics areas, or further along the street see the leisure and lap pools.
