This landmark, 26-storey residential tower is located within the recently developed Meydan City precinct of Dubai. The 2 scheme has over 36,000 m of gross floor area made up of 40 luxury apartments with a mix of two, three, and four-bedroom apartments arranged in either a single or double-story configuration. JAIN provided MEP and vertical transportation design services for this project
