With a total built-up area of 125,000 m², this mega project is currently one of Libya’s landmark mixed-use developments. The project includes a five-star hotel tower, apartment tower, office tower, conference center, health club, and shopping mall.

JAIN provided MEP consulting services on this project and acted as the Owner’s representative throughout the design–build process.
