Located in Riyadh as part of the King Abdullah City for Science and Technology (KACST), Prince Sultan Applied Technology Research Institute is considered to be a state of the art research center for the military and defense industries. The project consists of research labs, clean rooms, silicon chip manufacturing rooms, library, teaching, and lecture halls. JAIN performed the complete MEP Design of the project where optimized MEP systems including energy and water-conserving features were used.
