This was a new 80,000 medical lab facility built for centralized collection and testing of blood, urine and other samples from clinics across Toronto. Special considerations within the MEP Design included proper filtration, ventilation, sample disposal, and computerized record-keeping due to the number of samples being received daily. The project was well-received by the Owner and users.
