This was a major renovation to this well-known Animal Research Facility in the heart of Toronto. The building includes areas for animal testing, storage, and breeding. Various considerations were made for climate control, prevention of cross-contamination, disposal of waste, and other specific requirements of the various labs within the building. Though the project was completed over 20 years ago, the systems put into the building have stood the test of time and are still in place today without any major modifications.
