This is a 900 metre tunnel constructed near Mall of Qatar as part of the Rawdat Rashed Interchange.

JAIN’s scope included risk assessment, life safety analysis, CFD Modeling and design of the following systems: ventilation, fire protection, lighting, power distribution, fire alarm and detection, public address and voice evacuation, video surveillance and all required control systems.
