Located between the Hajar Mountains and the Indian Ocean, Fujairah Resort contains a 200 room hotel and 150 residential apartments, as well as a diverse range of world-class leisure facilities and a grand banquet hall.

JAIN performed the design of all infrastructure services for the development including sewage, water, power, and telecommunication utilities. District cooling and sewage treatment plants were also included to serve the development.
