JAIN was part of the team that won the international design competion for this landmark project at Dubai Marina. The 5.8 million sq.ft. in our scope included five residential towers, a commercial/retail base, waterfront promenade, private beach, dune gardens and a parking podium for 6000 cars. JAIN was contracted to design all infrastructure and MEP Systems for the development. The project aimed to achieve LEED® Gold Certification.
