This is a mixed-used development master plan in the Al Ghubra Area in Muscat, Oman. With a land area of around 200,000 m², Al Ghubra Development is well designed to provide middle-income housing solutions to the citizens of Oman.

JAIN completed the design of infrastructure services including the sewage and stormwater networks, potable water network, power, and communication networks. JAIN was also involved in the MEP systems and building services design for the entire development.
