Originally built in 1945, Serena Hotel is considered the first luxury five-star hotel in the city with 177 rooms and suites. JAIN performed the MEP design and site supervision for the complete renovation of the hotel which re-opened in 2005. The hotel has since been used by international media crews and politicians and also houses the Australian Embassy in Afghanistan.
