This project is considered as Marriott’s first resort in the island of Antigua and Barbuda. The project includes 40 luxury condominiums, along with a 70-room five-star hotel with state of the art technology and sustainable design. JAIN has been awarded to design the MEP Services of the hotel buildings in addition to the utility infrastructure services of the project plot.
