This is a 5+ star hotel and state-of-the-art convention centre for which JAIN provided MEP design services. An energy-efficient HVAC System was designed for the project which includes heat-recovery from exhaust air, demand-controlled ventilation, variable-speed pumping, and a building automation system. Electrical design features include energy-efficient lighting, a 100% backup power system, and life-safety systems that meet the latest international building codes. The entire facility is wi-fi enabled including fiber-optic backbone cabling and an assisted listening system in the convention center that allows for eight-language translation
