This project included the conversion of an existing shoe factory into a five-star hotel in the country’s capital. The project is an initiative of the Aga Khan Foundation. With almost 100 rooms and suites, it is considered the most prestigious hotel in the city. JAIN was contracted to design the MEP services and conduct site supervision during construction for this project.
