This phased development includes three different brands of Hilton Hotels and a Conference Centre.

The MEP system is designed to stay within budget constraints while meeting Hilton’s brand standards for design and construction. The design accounted for phased construction of the hotels with infrastructure provisions in place during Phase I for the entire development.
