Medical Institute + Gen. Hospital (Includes all specialties)
JAIN completed the Design & Supervision of MEP Services for this 700-bed Medical Institute, General Hospital, Research Centre. With a total area of over 100,000 m², this project took several years to complete and involved careful planning to allow for the phased construction. Electrical and air-conditioning services for the complex were sized to take into account the diversity in usage between the hospital and institute.
