This is a 60,000 m² Healthcare Development comprising of a 220-bed Hospital and an Ambulatory Care Facility designed to meet American and Canadian International Codes and Standards (ASHRAE, CSA, NFPA, IPC, HTM).

JAIN’s scope of work included MEP, Infrastructure Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Working Drawings, Construction Assistance, and Supervision, and Central Utility Plant Design. The services that were provided include HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Medical Gases, Firefighting, Power, Lighting, and all Low Voltage Systems and Special Hospital Systems
