This was a conversion of an old convent into a new civic museum. JAIN provided MEP & LEED® Consulting services on this project which was designed to meet LEED® Silver Standards. Energy-efficient features included a VAV system, heat recovery from exhaust air, LED lighting and sophisticated building management system. The project obtained a High-Performance New Construction Grant for the building’s reduced energy footprint.
