This was a major expansion and rehabilitation of the Fergus Community Centre which included a new ice rink dressing rooms, aquatic center, and expanded exercise and aerobics facilities. JAIN provided complete MEP design and contract administration services on this project. The facility was designed to meet aggressive budget constraints and was completed in time and under budget. For this reason, the project was very well received by the Community.
