Project consists of the largest car showroom in the world and Corporate 2 Headquarters for SBG in Oman. The total built-up area is over 100,000 m. JAIN provided complete MEP design and supervision services for the duration of the project. The design included a chilled water plant and distribution network to serve the main and ancillary buildings.
