Located on the Khobar-Dammam highway in the Southern District of Dammam, the Chamber of Commerce Tower is a commercial building consisting of 40 stories that include retail, office, and parking spaces. The total built-up area of the mega project is 96,000sqm with a construction cost of approximately SR335 million.

JAIN have completed the MEP And ELV Design for the project, including the design of the 3000-ton central cooling plant which consisted of water-cooled chillers, cooling towers, and variable speed pumps.
