This new office tower was designed as the state-of-the-art headquarters for Al Habtoor Leighton Engineering, one of the largest multi-disciplined contracting groups in the Gulf, and builder of many of Dubai’s most notable buildings. In keeping with the company’s leading environmental policies, this new development targeted an ambitious LEED® Platinum sustainability rating. This was a major challenge for the design team, especially in the context of its site location in Dubai. As a result, the building design incorporates the latest systems and technologies in order to achieve optimal water efficiency, energy efficiency, material & resource selection, and indoor environmental & atmosphere quality.
