Dinesh has over 45 years of experience in design of all types of buildings from small to very large developments.
Dinesh holds a Master’s Degrees in Engineering and Business Administration. He is also a LEED® Accredited Professional and was amongst the first to be awarded the designation of Certified Energy Manager in Canada in 1981. He has won numerous awards and international competitions for his innovative designs.
Dinesh continues his endeavor’s in promoting environmentally conscious designs by the training of professionals and sponsoring international conferences aiming to increase public awareness in the matter. Dinesh still provides constant support and guidance to our offices around the world.
Anish joined JAIN in 2002 after completing a Bachelor’s in Engineering at Cornell University and Master’s in Management Science at Stanford University. Since then, he has focused on streamlining the firm’s project management processes, expanding the sustainable consulting division and strengthening the firm’s global presence.
Anish’s commitment to professional development is demonstrated through his designation as a LEED® Accredited Professional, Certified Energy Manager, Certified Measurement & Verification Professional and Lighting Certified Consultant.
Anish currently heads the Design, Contract Administration and Sustainable Design Divisions at JAIN. He is currently involved in the LEED® Certification Process for several projects in Canada and internationally. His expertise in codes, sustainable design and project management make him an asset to any project team.

Nadeem has been with JAIN’s Indian Office, Enersave Consultants, since it started in 1996. Nadeem holds a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and PhD in Energy Conservation. His 20 years of experience combined with his passion for his field have made him an authority in the subject of HVAC. Many of his articles have been published in ASHRAE, ISHRAE and other reputable journals and he is often invited to speak on key topics facing engineers today. He is an active member of the Indian Green Building Council and also the first in India to earn the title of Certified Green Globe Proficient Consultant. Nadeem leads a team of highly competent engineers and designers in our Indian Office, working on projects in South Asia, Middle East and Africa.
