Kabul Markaz Mixed Used Development - Kabul, Afghanistan

This 120,000 m development at a prime location in the new areas of Kabul consists of three residential high-rise towers, shopping mall, convention center and a five star hotel. The project also includes the headquarters of the Afghanistan International Bank (AIB). JAIN’s scope included complete MEP and Structural design of the excavation, substructure and super structure packages. The project’s focus is to deliver a prestigious development to the city of Kabul in accordance with international standards. It also features the adoption of state of the art communications technology and security systems.

Information Technology & Communication Complex ITCC - Riyadh, KSA

A high technology office/business park located in the heart of the KSA capital of Riyadh. The project consists of four 30 storey office buildings and low-rise research and development clusters. The project will serve as an incubator for the telecommunication and technology industries in the Kingdom.

JAIN was contracted to design the MEP services of the project and assist the contractor to develop the required MEP shop drawings.

Abu Dhabi Plaza - Astana, Kazakhstan

JAIN were involved in the re-design of this 500,000 m multiuse project. The project is a mixed-used development. It consists of 5 blocks sitting on top of a common podium with 3 basements. It includes 11 stories five stars hotel, 5 stories serviced apartments, 26 stories office building, 72 stories mixed used tower, 28 stories office building and 14 stories residential towers.

Jain scope includes the MEP peer review and Redesign Works, Energy Modeling, Sustainability Consultancy, MEP Support to LEED Documentation and MEP Coordination.

First Meadowvale Corporate Center - Mississauga, Canada

The largest sub urban office to be constructed in 2009 in the Greater Toronto Area. It has since become a call centre for BMO and has achieved LEED Silver Certification. JAIN was responsible for MEP Design and Supervision services. Key features included a VAV system, heat recovery and sophisticated building management and lighting control systems.

B2B office Building - Abu Dhabi, UAE

JAIN completed the design for this high-end commercial building adjacent to the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel between the bridges in Abu Dhabi. JAIN’s scope included complete MEP design including infrastructure for sophisticated telecommunication systems as required by potential multinational companies occupying the building.

Guardian Towers - Abu Dhabi, UAE

Located in the new Prestigious Development of Danat, the Guardian is a landmark Tower Development in the UAE capital in Abu Dhabi.

The project includes two 19 storey towers (one residential and one office) for a private Client in Abu Dhabi. JAIN was contracted for the design and construction supervision of the project.

Motor City Plot HT-2 and AC-1 – Dubai, UAE

Motor City was in itself a one of a kind development planned in Dubai. This project in the heart of this development included two office towers plus parking and workshop facilities for Ferrari Formula One cars. JAIN completed the MEP design for this project.

Al Habtoor Leighton – Dubai, UAE

This new office tower was designed as the state of the art headquarters for Al Habtoor Leighton Engineering, one of the largest multi-disciplined contracting groups in the Gulf, and builder of many of Dubai’s most notable buildings. In keeping with the company’s leading environmental policies, this new development targeted an ambitious LEED Platinum sustainability rating. This was a major challenge for the design team, especially in the context of its site location in Dubai. As a result, the building design incorporates the latest systems and technologies in order to achieve optimal water efficiency, energy efficiency, material & resource selection, and indoor environmental & atmosphere quality. JAIN’s scope included complete MEP design.

King Abdullah Financial District – Riyadh, KSA

King Abdullah Financial District is designed to be one of the region’s best-planned communities, providing sophisticated metropolitan design with a futuristic skyline. JAIN performed LEED Consulting services for Plots 5.07 and 5.08. The project consists of four (4) towers interconnecting with each 2 other on two plots. Total built-up area is 156,000 m .

SBG UAE Headquarters - Dubai, UAE

These are the UAE headquarters for one of Oman’s leading developers, SBG. JAIN performed the complete MEP design and construction supervision for the project. MEP systems were designed to optimize energy-efficiency while keeping budget constraints in mind.

Rolex Tower – Dubai, UAE

Evoking a shimmering desert mirage, the 63-floor, mixed used Rolex Tower in Dubai, with a total height of 235m, is one of the next-generation of high-rises on Dubai’s Sheikh Zayed Road. The Rolex Tower is designed in response to the street’s exuberance with a quiet urbanity to set the standard for new high-end development in Dubai and beyond. JAIN conducted a peer review on the MEP systems and was contracted for the site supervision and project management services.

Toyota & Lexus Showroom - Oman

Project consists of the largest car showroom in the world and corporate headquarters for SBG in Oman. Total built-up area is over 100,000 m . JAIN provided complete MEP design and supervision services for the duration of the project. The design included a chilled water plant and distribution network to serve the main and ancillary buildings.

Tulip Telecommunications – New Delhi, India

This data center is considered to be largest in Asia and third largest in the world. The project accommodates state of the art servers and IT equipment with 17,000 TR cooling capacity and 40MVA electrical demand load with 100% emergency backup. JAIN provided the MEP engineering for 2 2 the 900,000 ft building which includes over 400,000 ft of raised floor.

Staples Canadian Home office - Richmond Hill, Canada

This 12,000 m corporate headquarters building includes four floors of office space and amenities including a high-end data centre. JAIN provided complete MEP & Telecommunications Consulting Services on this project. Key features of the design include a heat pump system, heat recovery from exhaust air and sophisticated building management and lighting control systems.

Msheireb Downtown Doha, Phase 1C - Doha, Qatar

This is a completely sustainable, LEED® Gold downtown regeneration project in the heart of Doha. Jain was retained by Drake & Scull to carry out BIM for Phase 1C which 2 consists of 225,000 m of mixed-use development including 1,200 car parking spaces, logistic and plant areas, ten buildings comprising four office blocks with thirty ground level retail outlets, five residential buildings, 51 apartments and a primary school.

Jain’s completed 3D Modeling of the MEP services for the entire project and then used the model to perform clash detection, prepare shop drawings (including individual service drawings, combined service drawings and builders work drawings) and generate material take-offs for BOQ preparation

Alpha One Shopping Mall - Ahmedabad, India.

This is a mixed-used, city-centre development catering to the shopping, entertainment and hospitality needs of Ahmedabad. The complex includes over 1.2 million sq.ft. of retail, serviced apartments and a five-star hotel. It also includes parking for 1,200 cars and 2,000 two-wheelers. Jain provided complete MEP design services for this development.

This is a 40 storey commercial tower for the Chamber of Commerce which shall have commercial areas on the ground and mezzanine levels, parking on the intermediate podium levels and 40 typical leasable floors. The project is designed to achieve LEED Gold Certification.
